Position Summary:

Looking for a software engineer who is a team player, has a growth mindset, with a desire to work in a DevOps Team that is cross-functional with T-shaped individuals (individuals that specialize and have deep understanding of one area, while maintaining a broader hands-on knowledge in all other areas). The new Team member will work closely with the business and the Team to provide product guidance and product growth. The individual will work in a Team that owns the product end to end life cycle.

Position Overview:

This position is a full-time position. The primary responsibilities will be developing long-term relationships with assigned Plinqit bank and credit union customers. The Client Success Manager will be responsible for bank and credit union implementations, ongoing relationship management, and sales support.

What you’ll do…

• Deployment, automation, management, and maintenance of AWS cloud systems.
• Monitor performance, security, availability, and scalability of the product application and supporting systems.
• Work with Product Manager and stakeholders to define Agile user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Code, build and deploy product using AWS Pipeline and devops tools
• Create Unit Testing for all applicable situations
• Assist in developing testing scenarios and QA automation
• Provide feedback on how to improve Team practices and delivery

You will do this using your…

• 4+ years experience writing Clean Code and Clean Architecture
• React, Node, Docker and Kuberbnetes experience required
• PHP, and Python experience preferred
• Knowledge of Swift, and C++ for iOS is a plus
• Experience in Test Driven Development
• Knowledge of javascript frameworks
• Hands on experience with CI/CD tools
• Experience in Infrastructure as Code and Configuration as Code
• Knowledge in Linux OS
• Understanding of relational and non-relational databases
• Familiarity with and practical use of design patterns
• Experience using Git/GitHub for collaborative development

Plinqit is located in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Some travel and office appearances are required for all positions. We are a hybrid of remote and in person company; we leave it up to you and your manager to agree on how often you come into the office.
